  • When will my subscription period begin?
    All of our blooms are field grown and as a result, exact harvest dates largely depend on Mother Nature. You will receive a notification email one week prior to the start of your subscription period, as well as a second reminder the day before your first pick up or delivery.
  • Do you deliver Floral Subscriptions?
    Yes, if you would like your subscription delivered and you live within our delivery area (Grimsby, Beamsville, Vineland, Jordan, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster and Burlington), you can select delivery at check out. All deliveries are contactless and will occur weekly on Fridays. On you first week, we will deliver your flowers with a container of water. If you will not be home to receive your delivery on subsequent weeks, please fill your container with fresh water and leave it in a shady space, protected from the wind. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot deliver to hospitals or long-term care homes.
  • Where do I pick up my flowers?
    Subscriptions can be picked up each Thursday of your subscription period here at Echo Hall Farms
  • What if I am out of town during my subscription period?
    If you are out of town during your subscription, you may have someone else come and pick up your flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your subscription period.
  • Can I give a subscription as a gift?
    Of course! Floral subscriptions make great gifts for the flower lovers in your life. When purchasing a subscription as a gift, make sure to include this detail, as well as the contact information for the recipient, in the note section of your order.
